Manage appointments, filling prescriptions - both standard and controlled substances, verify charges and maintain accurate medical records. Facilitate patient discharges, navigate client conversations around treatment plans and financial obligations. Provide client education including, but not limited to: home care instructions, medications (indications, adverse reactions) and general wellness updates on hospitalized patients. Ensure patient records are accurate and complete. Assist in end of life care for patients.
