- Collaborated with a single LP to establish and build their impact focused family office- Researched and established a pipeline of deal flow across a broad mandate of sustainable and regenerative food, water, and agriculture companies - Authored investment memos to encapsulate transaction summary, investment thesis, integration plans, company and industry overview, competitor summary, due diligence summary, financial analysis, and exit strategies- Conducted remote and on-site due diligence processes including site visits, expert interviews, and founder meetings - Created financial models and conducted company and industry research to analyze potential investments- Ran complete deal processes, including leading due diligence and coordinating outside equity co-investments- Consulted with portfolio companies on financial reporting, growth, strategy, governance, operations, marketing, business development, and divestiture process- Co-founded, scaled, and exited a spinout CPG brand that received Certified B Corp certification
