Gallery Coordinator
Current- Producing and delivering consistent content for the website, art platforms (Artlogic, Artnet, Artsy..), social media, email campaigns, artist's books, catalogs and print advertisements while ensuring maximum brand awareness.- Engaged with walk-in or existing clients pitching artworks and securing viewings.- Communicating and engaging with clients, to understand their interests and buying patterns and updating them on artists' news.- Gallery events, organizing private view evenings, constructing artist talks from the current gallery shows. Invited clients from the database to the event.- Creating digital assets and sending regular email newsletters to our subscribers using Mailchimp.- Developing and maintaining relationships with interior designers, luxury hotels, architects and any other companies/institutions which could bring an increase on sales.- Supporting the sales team when needed.- Participating in art fairs and art shows.- Ability to handle, hang, assemble, and pack various types of fine art: paintings and sculptures. arranging installations/de-installations in galleries, residences, and commercial buildings.
