My background also includes marketing, sales and leadership with results-oriented professional roles interlaced with acting in film and television. I have a Master of Science in Business from the Norwegian School of Marketing and Audencia Nantes School of Management in France that has been combined with, among other things, training in acting in Paris and at the Stockholm Academy of Dramatic Arts.My mix of experiences has given me strong skills in analysing situations, reading people and act with an emphasis on the appropriate issues. But most of all, a thorough understanding of both the commercial and creative part of making great content. At Viaplay Group, formerly also known as Nordic Entertainment Group and MTG Sweden I have been working with both non-scripted and scripted for TV3 and Viaplay. My position later developed into being Executive Producer continuing working even more with format development of larger projects, format sales and AFP/branded content. I worked closely with the TV channels and other distributors. I was also responsible for AFP and integration.
