- Lead Policy Acquisition operation for Individual Life Insurance, spanning Underwriting, New Business Service and New Business Support, compiled of 400+ associates.- Oversee Underwriting, Medical & Research Operations including reinsurance strategy and agreements, management of mortality outcomes to meet expectations and actuarial assumptions, and delivery of underwriting guidelines and production delivery.- Drive consistent and efficient operational support of application processing, with work performed onshore and offshore, and oversight of technology and medical vendors.- Deliver industry leading new business service across Independent and Institutional distribution channels, winning business with service differentiation.- Service as “Epic Owner” for Underwriting & New Business “Future of Work”, including lead role defining strategy and collaborative work across diverse stakeholders to drive transformational priorities and expand digital capabilities to increase operational scalability while achieving customer centricity and expense reduction.

-Lead departments, compiled of approximately 240 associates, across 3 locations, in delivering industry-leading sales to service.-Work closely with Distribution and other key stakeholders to identify and address business priorities to achieve targeted objectives, instilling a culture of “continuous improvement”.-Develop and manage to multi-year planning, aligned with strategic objectives, to deliver a sustainable and cost effective service advantage.-Direct department activities to strengthen employee engagement and distribution relationships, oversee quality and performance objectives for staff and drive process & technology improvements to achieve business priorities.

-Lead Customer Satisfaction research studies. Responsibilities include oversight of $260,000 budget, collaboration with Sr. Leadership and overall process ownership.-Oversee 6 New Business and Post Issue service teams (34 reports), including performance management and responsibility for production and overall service results.-Create executive presentations for Sr. Executives, involving collaboration with department heads across organization on content, analysis and action planning.-Key role in organizing integration efforts and development of new service model following acquisition of another company.

-Manage activities of 2 teams (21 reports) providing case management support for new business and inforce clients.-Provide staff with training and guidance, monitor productivity and evaluate performance.-Lead department and account initiatives, including technology enhancements, creation of marketing materials and coordination of strategic meetings and client education events.

-Led Key Account new business team, serving as the primary contact to drive timely issue resolution, identify account needs and obtain competitive feedback. Identified and analyzed trends, customer feedback and process gaps to streamline customer interaction with Prudential.-Created and implemented Quality program to measure performance. Critiqued and provided feedback and mentorship to 29 associates on communication, presentation and account management skills.
