I handle all US-based employee technical support, I help with technical support for our priority US-based partners and customers, and I help with integrating all new LTI customers. I also often assist our Customer Experience and Sales teams in their processes. I love the work I do, because I'm awarded the opportunity to make someone's day!In my first year at Practice Labs, I significantly improved the relationship between our company and one of our biggest partners, I reworked several processes that were in need of improvement, and I worked my way to higher support tiers by exceeding expectations every day.

Collaborated with principals and teachers to promote the use of technology in supporting student achievement in the classroom. Developed a district-wide student device policy and 5-year plan for 1:1 student devices. Managed approximately 400 of each iPads, Chromebooks, and Windows 10 laptops using various softwares. Provided technology leadership, staff development, and instructional support to all staff and students in a PreK-12 setting. Collaborated with every staff member in the building to manage, support, and optimize the use of instructional software and hardware. Formulated and implemented plans for purchasing new instructional technology devices and tools. Worked with vendors to research and receive the best equipment at the best prices. Designed standards-based technology curriculum and led student technology sessions and assisted educators in modifying and using my curriculum. Researched, implemented, and provided training for both software and hardware technologies, such as: iPads, Chromebooks, Windows 10, Study Island, Splash Math, Reflex Math, Tinkercad, GoGuardian, SMART, Skyward, Follett Destiny.

Designed, installed, and maintained professional audio, lighting, and video systems. Led and trained a team of 3-5 people, aged 8 to 40, in engineering sound, designing sets and lighting, and producing video content. Managed a department budget in conjunction with the Director of Worship.

Developed and implemented unique and innovative curriculum specifically designed to integrate standards, collaboration, technology, respect, and lifelong learning. Actively engaged students in the learning process through the use of varied teaching strategies and techniques.
