Sara has held various roles within the Civil Service, spanning the Cabinet Office, Home Office, and the Ministry of Defence.Equipped with a Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Sara has worked as both a clinical and community pharmacist within Southampton General Hospital.She established and leads a Minority Working Group within the Civil Service Race Forum with the mission to promote education, foster dialogue, and drive equality across genders, ethnicities, and identities within the workplace.As an elected Governor for Upper Shirley High School, Sara contributes to shaping the school’s strategic direction and oversee its financial performance.
