Built software tools and APIs to streamline customer workflows for managing user accounts, classes, rosters, licenses, and products in Pearson's digital ecosystem. Defined and executed on interoperability requirements related to identity and access management for all Pearson School learning platforms. Worked closely with digital editors, marketing and communications managers, software development teams, technical support engineers, and sales representatives across Pearson.

As part of a small startup team, I did whatever it took to support the Alleyoop community, help students find success with the product, and represent the voice of the customer. This included handling support requests, creating help content, moderating user-generated content, creating instructional videos, selecting third-party tools, ensuring the online safety of our students, managing the relationship with our tutoring service in India, approaching new content partners, and anything else to improve the customer experience.
