MANAGING CORPORATE SOCIAL MEDIA EFFORTResponsible for management of NNE’s social media channels, including all strategy development, content planning, production and posting. As social media manager at NNE, I plan, create and analyse the content across NNE's social media platforms. This entails making sure that what we do on social is aligned with our company strategy, that we constantly churn out engaging content and that we utilise the different social media platforms optimally. This includes developing and driving campaigns in collaboration with HR, countries, departments and sales to attract candidates or generate leads.DRIVING EMPLOYEE ADVOCAYIn charge of NNE's employee advocacy programme including training, support and content production for the organisation to leverage opportunities and meet department objectives.DEVELOPING EMPLOYER BRANDING VISUAL PLATFORMPartner to Human Resources in the development of employer branding material for social media, printed ads and events - this entailed production of videos, visuals, ad copy, banners and roll-ups, hand-out material and more. I also interviewed colleagues to create employee testimonials for corporate website and developed training material for employee takeovers of NNE's instagram channel.SUPPORTING SALES EFFORTI supported our sales organisation in creating compelling material to support must-win projects for our most important customers. This covered everything from printed one-pagers or larger printed pieces through PowerPoint presentations to gated webpages.

Initially responsible for reviewing and proofreading employee CVs, but over time developed into overall support for the global sales and marketing organisation, helping to find relevant references for customer proposals, reviewing and improving customer presentations and helping sales people collect relevant material before customer meetings.Role also grew to include communition support in terms of translation and proof-reading of various internal and external material, e.g. project references, presentations, letters and proposals.
