Partnered with the chair of the Overseer Nominating Committee to recruit and onboard a diverse and talented slate of new board members. Assisted in staffing the Board of Trustees and the Director/Trustee Nominating Committee. Consulted with Major Gift Officers and other staff to develop and implement prospect and donor strategies.Highlights:Raised over $1 million annually for the Board's Annual Fund campaign.Increased the diversity of the Board of Overseers from 7% to 20% over a four year period.Created infrastructure in Raiser’s Edge to track the institution’s nominating cycle.Coordinated the institution's CEO search.Improved employee morale and efficiency by leading a ten-person team to perform a 5S of the office, a lean method to organize the work place.
