Cases included property valuation litigation, "right-to-take" challenges, inverse condemnation, billboards, relocation, NEPA/APA reviews, writs of assistance, administrative matters, public records, and other land use related issues. App. 2013) (unpublished) (affirming dismissal of regulatory taking claim based on restrictions of owner's ability to separately develop two residential lots on the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway).­• Krist Oil Co. v. State Dep't of Transp., 356 Wis. 2d 329, 855 N.W.2d 493 (Ct. App. 2013) (unpublished) (affirming summary judgment for State in claim for business relocation benefits under Wis. Stat. s. 32.20)­• Aesthetic & Cosmetic Plastic Surgery Center, LLC v. State Dep't of Transp., 2014 WI App 88 (clarifying intersection of declaratory judgment law and relocation claim procedure in Wis. Stat. s. 32.20)­• J&E Investments v. State Div. of Hearings & App., 2013 WI App 90, 349 Wis. 2d 497, 835 N.W.2d 271 (upholding revocation of driveway access permit by Department of Transportation pursuant to Wis. Stat. ss. 86.07-86.03)­• Erdman v. Eau Claire Area Sch. Dist., 2010 WL 2757336 (W.D. Wis.) and 2010 WL 2517564 (W.D. Wis.) (granting summary judgment for school district in due process liberty and property claims, along with related state claims for breach of contract, promissory estoppel and defamation)­• Fields v. American Transmission Co., 2010 WI App 59, 324 Wis. 2d 417 (granting new trial on appeal after circuit court erroneously excluded evidence in jury trial in eminent domain matter)• Madison National v. Provided legal assistance to state prison inmates on issues relating to appeal, detainers, jail credit, conditions of supervision, and sentence modifications, as well as family law matters including custody and visitation.
