The Cincinnati Center City Development Corp. (3CDC) is a 501(c) 3, tax-exempt, private, non-profit corporation. Its mission and strategic focus is to strengthen the core assets of downtown by revitalizing and connecting the Fountain Square District, the Central Business District and Over-the-Rhine (OTR).Working together with the City of Cincinnati, the State of Ohio and members of Cincinnati's corporate community, 3CDC is committed to establishing a model of excellence and success when it comes to redeveloping and investing in Cincinnati's urban core.

To stabilize and revitalize the community by increasing homeownership, eliminating blight and supporting business development. in first term, directed strategic structuring of board of directors and committee structure, in addition to the hiring of a new Executive Director, to align the organization to best meet the needs of the evolving community. Coordinate sustainability and economic development presentations with City Council, Economic Development Cabinet, and Board of Commissioners. Perform cluster research for PDC's Business & Industry team using data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, Oregon Employment Department, NAICS codes, and IMPLAN data. Trained in project management. Write policy memos and project analysis. Assist in strategy development and research for target industry clusters (Renewable Energy, Recycling, and Green Building, Activewear, Manufacturing, and Software). Led execution of word-of-mouth marketing programs for Tremor/Vocalpoint brands. Clients included Target, Gillette, The People's Choice Awards, Kellogg's, and Cincinnati Public Schools. Wrote and managed content for weekly e-newsletter with circulation of 250,000. Served as expert in teen marketing and research for the Tremor organization.
