Served as Board of Trustees Treasurer, Executive Committee member and Human Resource Committee member during a pivotal time for non-profit preschool with a $500,000 budget. Developed financial forecasts for various scenarios and counseled executive committee members and executive director to develop a targeted plan to increase student enrollment. Developed strategy to negotiate rent reduction resulting in a 22% savings.

National History Day is a year-long co-curricular program where students choose a topic related to an annual theme, conduct original research and present their findings and analysis in the form of an exhibit, documentary, performance or historical paper to a team of judges at school, regional, state and national eventsCoordinated state-wide program of national initiative. Developed multiple approaches to increase quality of student work from 0 Ohio entries recognized nationally in 2000 to 11 entries in 2004. Developed technical solutions to deliver superior customer support at reduced costs. Nurtured partnerships with schools, colleges and local historical organizations throughout the state.

Managed and created a schedule for 3 day-long regional events, for an audience of 700 participants. Realigned the process for recruitment of 50 high-achieving high school students for a 200-hour paid internship program in 10 locations throughout the state.

Served as a production coordinator and production assistant in the creation of 2 half-hour education videos sold nationwide. Researched, analyzed and compiled grant proposal that secured an increased amount of funding from the State Education Department to increase the number of high school interns from 11 to 25 over three program years.
