• I increased sales by visually merchandising time-sensitive new releases and Strict On Sales.
• I reduced the turn round time of an ordered book to less than five to seven business days by teaching the staff the proper way to place an order and by calling every customer that ordered a book directly when it arrived.
• I created a community connection to the store, as a member of the event staff that organized the weekly story times in the Children's Department, book signings, and new release parties such as Harry Potter.
