My role was to ensure MidCountry Bank achieved their goals and visions by leading the Deposit Administration department and resourcefully utilizing the staff to remove obstacles from our retail partners that take their time and energy away from sales. Additionally I led the Customer Care department to meet the needs of our customers by being knowledgeable, empowered, and easy to do business with.During this period, I successful relocated the Customer Care team and spent focused time redefining their roles, creating goals and measuring effectiveness of these changes.
