Manage the office of CPO, Sr. Vice President, worldwide sales & distribution and Vice President, Revenue Management• Interact with the business leaders to plan and complete special projects.• Update executives on changing business needs by thoroughly documenting internal and client meetings.• Manage manager's complex and frequently changing travel arrangements and coordinated pre-planning of trips.• Manage administrative functions, including complex calendar management with focus on proper allocation of executive availability.• Create appropriate documentation for senior leadership before meetings.• Assist with team building initiatives and overall support for maintenance of organizational culture and employee morale.• Provide administrative support to senior leadership while maintaining confidentiality.• Maintain daily appointment calendars for all three positions. • Ensure consistent and efficient interaction with other executive assistants across the organization; demonstrate poise and tact under pressure and handle matters with sound judgement, confidentiality and sensitivity.

• Manage office of the VP of Commercial.• Attend meetings and conference calls on a weekly basis and follow up on key initiatives.• Work closely with the regional heads for timely implementation of all commercial initiatives.• Organise and manage monthly sales conference.

Prepare meeting agendas and briefing papers for senior leadership.• Prepare tailored PLB contracts for the agency team along guidelines by head office.• Coordinate special sales activities like boarding incentives coordination with the revenue accounts and reverting to travel agents.• Monitor and execute capping for all the agents in BOM entailing all the CRS (Amadeus / Galileo/ Worldspan/Abacus) primarily to give and withdraw capping as per the rules and regulations.

Identify and leverage pain points and deliver value propositions to capture new accounts.• Prospected at new leads each month and leverage sales skills to achieve consistent conversion rate.• Maintain key customer relationships through effective time and resource management to exceed sales goals and increase profit opportunities.
