The role encompassed all elements of the recruitment life cycle working with the client stakeholders to understand the business requirements and support them in demand planning, resource approval and requisition, interviewing and on-boarding.• Rationalised the supplier base, negotiated favourable terms, drove down costs, managed volume recruitment, managed supplier base, produced quarterly and ad-hoc client reports, wrote job descriptions and managed the significant contractor population. -
