Social Media is a passion of mine. I enjoy helping put destinations on the map, as never seen before, through my love of writing and social media. As the CEO of Travel With Sara and Social Connections, LLC, I am able to help a lot of people. Local is very important to me, but I will board a plane, get behind the wheel of a car or board a cruise ship when my ticket tells me to. Our country has many unique places that are untouched and I enjoy sharing my love of finding these places with my online followers. Online safety and teaching others how to be smart when they use social media, is another passion of mine. Social media helps us make new connections and the magic happens when we take those connections offline.Pat Palmer and I recently formed Home Grown Social Media. We both have a passion for sharing our knowledge of social media with others, and what better way than to bring it home in the midwest. The North Iowa Social Media Breakfast Club was started in June of 2013 and people are now wanting more. The timing feels right and we know that our local friends can use some guidance and help when it comes to using social media.Lisa Trudell and I co-own the Midwest Travel Network.
