As founder and CEO of CXO Staffing, Inc., Sara provides executive leadership, vision and structure. At the heart of the business, she believes staffing is all about relationships. “We are continually presented with opportunities to begin new relationships and become part of a greater story,” says Sara. Ultimately, she hopes to improve the quality of life of individuals by bridging the gap between information technology and public health. Sara graduated from Agnes Scott College in Decatur, GA with honors (Magna Cum Laude, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology). She immediately began an Emerging Infectious Diseases (EID) Fellowship sponsored by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Association of Public Health Laboratories. During her time as an EID Fellow, Sara travelled to Kenya to work on several field studies, where she learned how scientific information and advocacy shape the health status of communities. Most recently, Sara served as a Biologist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, focusing primarily on HIV and AIDS prevention.
