When it comes to teaching, I believe in differentiating to each student’s needs and abilities. I also believe in incorporating different learning styles and dynamics to keep all students interested in their learning. Technology is the future, so I incorporate technology as much as possible. In past jobs, I was a building mentor guiding new teachers during their first year. I also attended PYP training as well as The Tri-Area Association Conference in Guadalajara, Mexico. I have also given workshops on technology, specifically Google Apps for Education. Before teaching at Bilkent Laboratory and International School, I taught at The American School Foundation, A.C. In Mexico City, Mexico. Prior to that experience, I was a substitute teacher in the Butler Area School District in Butler, PA. Before that, I was a Day Care and Summer Camp Supervisor for the Grove City YMCA in Grove City, PA.
