Hello, I am Sara Caminata, a Human Resources Management student at ISCTE and an HR Consultant at Iscte Junior Consulting, with a passion for people, communication, and development. Originally from Madeira Island and now based in Montijo, I am driven by a desire to create positive, lasting impacts in the workplace through fostering strong human relationships.My background in sports—playing handball for SL Benfica and Club Sports Madeira, as well as tennis for Clube Ténis de Alcochete—has instilled key qualities in me, including teamwork, leadership, resilience, and discipline. These skills have translated seamlessly into my professional journey, helping me excel in collaborative settings and confidently embrace leadership roles.I’ve gained hands-on HR experience through internships, including at SERLIMA, where I developed skills in recruitment, training, time management, and employee onboarding. Recently, I completed a summer internship as a Recruiter at RaiseMeUp, where I was responsible for candidate screening, interviews, and supporting the overall recruitment process. Additionally, as a Children's Animator at Marshmallow, I enhance my communication and event coordination skills, engaging with diverse audiences in dynamic settings.My commitment to growth is evident in various courses I’ve completed, covering Personal Image Management, Technical Reports, Excel, and Data Science Math Skills. I am also passionate about understanding human behavior, as reflected in my participation in courses like "I Have the Power" by Adelino Cunha and "Decifrar Pessoas" by Alexandre Monteiro.Fluent in Portuguese and English with a working knowledge of French, I’m eager to contribute my skills to organizations that value innovation, personal development, and human potential.
