As a Global Manager Talent Acquisition I ensure top leadership recruitment full cycle (E2E) with little attrition across businesses inside the Group. Prior, I was the Head of Talent Acquisition at Huspy, a startup in Real Estate in the UAE in the hyper growth stage. I led a global team of 4 (UAE, Spain, India) that delivered over 130 roles in a span of 6 months, mainly in Tech, Product and Corporate. Provided training on a weekly basis that resulted in closing roles in less than 48 hours for tech and 45 days for Senior Leadership. In Brazil I worked for the most relevant players of Retainer Executive Search globally and locally. Always delivered my roles with top quality candidates for top management. Co-Founded a Search firm focused on complex roles in the entire tech stack. We had major fun with startups in early to series A,B,C,D and post IPO, helping them grow one top talent at a time. Our goal was to find the best people in the world to bring to our clients, successfully. I was co-leading it for 3 years. My career started in Corporate Communications and shifted to Talent Acquisition in a span of 18 years. I am a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager with 10 years of experience in agency and in-house corporate recruitment, and a background in Communication. Launched the area globally in a hyper growth stage leading over 150 open roles for different areas. We delivered 85% in less than 6 months in areas of Tech (frontend, backend, fullstack, engineering manager and QA), Product, Operations, Real Estate, Marketing & Digital Marketing, Growth and Sales.Implemented a data driven area, 100% focused on conversion and improvement and in active hunting over inbound applications (to max the productivity and speed the process).Developed training sessions weekly to improve processes and increase candidate experience. Process improvement of 15% WoW, including understanding the business and stakeholder management.
