PhD in Physical Chemistry and Bachelor´s degree in Chemistry from the University of Alicante (Spain). In June 2020, I joined Chemometric Brain® where I currently work as a R&D/Customer Success Technical Lead. Chemometric Brain® SaaS is a unique new global and digitized solution based on Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (NIR) and created exclusively for food safety, security and traceability. My main tasks in the company are concerned with the management and training of all our customer and users on how to use Chemometric Brain® SaaS. As well as advising and evaluating the technical feasibility of projects developed with NIR technology (recommended equipment according to application and products, optimization and definition of the process or measurement protocol, response to questions or request from a technical point of view etc...) in collaboration with companies and technological and research centers. I am also involved in commercial DEMOS, customer´s technical follow-up and of course in the development, validation, and updating of models (qualitative/quantitative) and libraries of raw materials and final products for our national and international customers. During 2018-2020 I worked at Bioithas SL being the main responsible of the search and contact with raw materials suppliers for the development of food supplements final products, drafting technical proposals for the financing of R&D activities and managing collaboration requests with research institutes and private companies.More than 6 years of experience (2010-2017) in R&D of electronic transfer processes of biological molecules with different degrees of complexity. Extensive experience working with spectroscopic techniques such as Infrared (FTIR), Ultraviolet-Visible (UV-Vis) and Raman spectroscopy. I developed my research work at the University of Alicante (Spain) and the University of Bern (Switzerland). As a result of this research stage, I am author of several scientific publications in specialized journals of international scope.
