I have held various CFO roles managing various finance, accounting and other related functions, including preparing data room deliverables for due diligence and transaction accounting, post-acquisition transition, human resources, benefits management, IT system implementations and system integration management, financial modeling and operating plan development, and board reporting and presentations. Most recently, I am also leading an omni-channel supply chain function including, warehouse and fulfillment operations planning and process improvement, raw material purchasing and multiple domestic and international co-man relationships.Prior to my recent roles, I spent 20+ years in public accounting in various partner positions, including Audit, IT Security and Compliance, and Quality Control. The majority of my experience was with PE-backed, privately-held companies with M&A transactions and due diligence readiness activities. I have strategic management and business process design and implementation experience in various accounting firm roles, including firm and client practice management, new service line development, business development, IT steering and security, learning and development, and recruiting. My industry focus and expertise was in product-focused industries, including consumer products, manufacturing, wholesale and retail, and real estate and construction.
