WE Fest is one of the largest and most established country music and camping festivals in the US. Located in Detroit Lake, MN, the festival attracts thousands for 3 days of live music and outrageous fun.

Led the growth of the festival to attract 80,000+ people to the 2 day festival on the Minneapolis Riverfront to become one of the 3rd largest music and arts festival in Minneapolis. Festival included 250 visual artists and more than 60 live performances on three stages. Elevated the value of sponsorship opportunities through strong media partnerships and leveraging festival assets to increase the festival sponsorships revenue yearly. Manage and execute the PR and media coverage.

Led the transition from festival founder to new owner in 2017. Continue to program engaging festival content. Recruit high quality vendors, performers and artists. Develop sponsorship platforms, sell and manage sponsor relations. Plan and execute marketing and PR. Manage on-site team during the festival.
