• Drive the recruitment planning process & build the talent pipeline for the business to achieve the hiring targets within the SLA which includes Budgeting,• Requisitions, Scrutinizing and Offer.• Interviewing candidates in order to understand the profile, Cross matching of appropriate profiles to identify the best fit in terms of the requirement.• Understanding of the resource as per requirement for acquiring Talent within SLA• Playing role of Talent Advisor to Hiring Managers by gathering Market Intelligence on skill availability• Monitoring the Recruitment budget vs actual expenses done for each Vertical.• Engage with Delivery & Functional heads and Line Managers to design recruitment strategy and develop a robust hiring plan to source talent for various positions.• Aggressively acquainting new business, promoting the concept of temporary staffing solutions to corporate clients as a means of managing HR functions more effectively.• Acquiring new temp staffing clients in the region and work very closely with the back-end Operations team ensuring a better and smoother customer service experience for the client.• Oversee entire recruitment cycle phases from Client requirement, briefing of JD and presentation of the requirement, line up, follow-up & service delivery. After selection, feedback from the client, rolling the offer letters and Complete the joining of the candidates.• Preparing Job-Description for unique job roles.• End to End ownership of the complete Recruitment process as also the joining formalities.• Managing Key Accounts like NIC,NSSO,ORGI, HCL,Emphasis.• Managing the entire recruitment team, Team Size (4Location, 10 Recruiters)• Handling escalations related to client service/client Concerns.
