- Be operatively present with the organizations largest train with more than 160 members- Kept running the "Scrum Master Boost Camp" for Scrum Masters which material I developed after observations of behaviours and organizational and human systems. I also included behavioural science of developing great leadership in agile environments within the material.- Lectured about "Humanizing the Organisation" connecting transformations to the corporate culture.- Created a "Coaching Agreement" to be used between the Agile Coach and train assignments.- Developed and ran a "Manager Boost" in two modules with mainly line managers (both within IT and business) and train managers with purpose of training agility in action. The workshops were held by me and another agile coach together with two representants from HR.- Created an "Agile GPS" structure together with other agile coaches and Scrum Masters with focus on Scrum Masters and behaviours connected to different time frames and Scrum Events- Coached several leaders and managers on several levels - both one on one but also as groups of different constellations. I was the Scrum Master for one software Scrum team in a SAFe environment. It was part of the biggest ART (Agile Release Train) in one of Swedens largest banks. I started out by building the relationships, observering from individual to team to ART to the entire enterprise to the systems and getting to know the organization as such.Just a few months in i also took the responsibility of agile coaching within the ART. One part was that I retrained the internal Scrum Masters to what Scrum really is about in the operative daily life. I was a trainee (one in three out of more than 70 applicants) with training within Agile and Scrum, Project Management, test, conflict management, leadership and so forth.I also had the privilege to be assinged two mentors to guide and support through the role.Two months in an reorganization started and in Sweden that means "last in first out".
