My responsibilities center around being a lead teacher in a classroom of 20 preschool age children. In doing this, I create weekly lesson plans utilizing a Creative Curriculum framework. I implement Pyramid Plus social and emotional development practices for all children in the classroom. I regularly communicate with parents regarding each child’s progress throughout the year. I also collaborate with my co-teacher in a productive manner to ensure that the classroom is organized, professional, and a positive atmosphere for each child.

My responsibilities centered around assistant teaching in a classroom of 16 preschool age children. This included engaging and challenging each child to excel academically, socially, and emotionally. In doing this, I helped to implement Creative Curriculum, Pyramid Plus, and Conscious Discipline practices in all aspects of the classroom.
