As Chief Operating Officer for AbstoneLalley, Inc., I manage all hands-on, day-to-day operational aspects of the company. I motivate, lead and manage our talented team of national legal and corporate consultants to ensure a collaborative, success-driven culture based on open communication and client satisfaction. My expertise also extends to the procurement of attorneys and corporate professionals, as well as the development, implementation and management of the company's marketing programs. I led the national business development and marketing efforts for AbstoneLalley. With a focus on establishing and maintaining relationships with corporate, law firm and not-for-profit clients, I partnered with them to identify strategic goals and operational competencies critical to effectively establishing a productive and well-aligned team. My expertise also extended to the procurement of attorneys and corporate professionals, as well as the development, implementation and management of marketing and social media programs.

Together, with my brother, we developed Threads for Hope in honor of our father who lost his battle with melanoma in August 2011 and our mother who has suffered with a brain tumor since 1998. Throughout our father's two-year fight with the disease and our mother’s ongoing struggles, we sought ways to support our parents and raise awareness for these diseases. Surprised by the lack of unique cause-related merchandise, we set out to develop a line of custom-designed t-shirts that can be personalized to support a variety of health, humanitarian and environmental causes. Furthering our commitment to giving back, Threads for Hope gives 10 percent of the proceeds from every sale to not-for-profit organizations that are committed to helping others.

I served as a marketing and public relations consultant for a variety of clients. Work included drafting press releases and developing copy for websites and other marketing materials.

I led new business development and marketing efforts for the parent company, Chicago Legal Search, as well as its two divisions: CLS Legal Staffing and CLS Executive Search. In this role, I was responsible for securing new client relationships with companies, law firms and not-for-profit organizations. I also managed the company’s external marketing efforts and social media presence.

I co-managed the development and launch of the company’s retained executive search division, CLS Executive Search, including the design and implementation of a website, press release and marketing materials.

As an associate, I managed day-to-day account responsibilities for a variety of PR clients. With a focus on media relations, I successfully secured placements for my clients in a variety of media ranging from daily newspapers, magazines and trade publications to nationally syndicated television and radio programs. My client experience includes both business-to-business and business-to-consumer programs covering a wide variety of industries including: agriculture; e-commerce; entertainment; food; gaming; hospitality; nanotechnology; professional services; real estate; security; and technology.
