As part of CARE’s Program Quality team, leads initiatives to uphold and advance program quality in alignment with CARE’s Gender Equality Framework and Vision 2030. Responsible for developing and refining CARE’s gender-synchronized methodologies, integrating MEAL processes, and embedding the Engaging Men and Boys approach into gender programming to foster transformative, inclusive change.Coordinates the proposal development process and design projects that align with CARE Balkans' strategic goals in area of gender equality. Develops activities, trainings and mechanisms for enhancing understanding and practices in gender-responsive programming among staff and partners, and represents CARE on gender equality issues within and beyond the organization. Acts as Safeguarding: PSHEA-CA Focal Point with the primary role of providing overall leadership, guidance and support to staff and partners in implementing the CI Safeguarding: PSEA-CA policy.

▪ Coordinates and supports strategic development and expansion of the projects and methodology related to Young Men Initiative program.
