This includes horizon scanning and management of the strategic, financial, and operational implications of internal and external factors to the Centre. I developed and executed strategy and developed and implemented the ongoing evaluation framework for the Centre to monitor its performance. In addition, I maintained an understanding of the competitive landscape, funding, and policy trends to manage risk and identify opportunities to achieve the Centre’s objectives.
