Reporting directly to the COO, I managed the e-commerce and revenue strategy for 3 IHG® hotels (Hotel Indigo® Rome – St. George 5*, Crowne Plaza® Rome - St. Peter’s Hotel & SPA 4* and Holiday Inn® Naples 4*), 4 restaurants, 2 wellness and 3 conference centres.

Opened and developed the sales & marketing office to promote and sell the entire company’s portfolio including 2 four-star hotels, 1 villa, 2 conference centres, 50+ luxury apartments, catering and banqueting business, private beach and 3 F&B outlets inside the Misano World circuit.

Starting as a front office agent, I was promoted to front office manager for the brand-new boutique hotel Suite Hotel Maestrale and for Residence Lungomare (50+ luxury apartments).
