Customer Operations Specialist
• Handle customer Purchase Orders through email and EDI programs, provide appropriate solutions to shipping inquiries and follow up to ensure resolution• Ship samples to interested customers• Keep records of purchase orders and invoices• Complete sales reports as requested by each Sales Person• Ensure orders ship and arrive by the requested delivery date.• Communicate new import purchase orders with the Hong Kong office.• Other projects as assigned• Offer assistance in any area of the company requesting additional hands to complete big projects.• Maintain positive experience with brokers and retailers.
