23 years with the Ministry of Justice working in London and East Anglia.My duties included:Area Support Office - This role involved devising a rota for 350+ magistrates across Norfolk at 5 different sites on a 6 monthly basis.Delivering training for magistratesProviding support to various CommitteesTeam Leader to Court Administration Team - I ran a team of 14 administrators dealing with post court work – anything from resulting court hearings to appeals to Crown Court.My last 3 years at M.O.J. were spent as a Project Manager for the South East Region supporting various projects across all court jurisdictions. The main one was called Digital Mark up and involved moving from a paper based courtroom to a digital one. It meant legal advisers who had been used to recording results on paper files were now required to do this digitally – therefore removing the need for paper and admin staff to complete the role. I focused on costings, efficiencies, training. I travelled all over the South East and fed into the National Team.I was runner up in the South East Region Awards 2018 in the category of Purpose.
