Member of the Entity Support Team for Talent Management of AIESEC in Portugal. I was mainly responsible for developing guidelines for the entity focused on the delivery of a relevant and stardardized membership experience through out the entity, in its' different Local Committees. This job required an analytical work in order to understand what were the gaps and improvement points in the entity, establishing focuses on the strategies we could implement. The main goals were to boost the quality of the experiences we deliver to our members, our HR sustainability and our entity's performance.

SummerCo is a national conference for the Executive Boards of the several Local Committees of AIESEC in Portugal. NatCo is a national conference for the elected Executive Boards of the several Local Committees of AIESEC in Portugal. The Brand Experience department is responsible for managing the external relations while developing promotion and attraction strategies of our Local Committee, in order to increase the operational results. As a BXP Manager, I was responsible for :- management of University Relations, establishing the first contact with the universities and maintaining the ongoing communication- development of partnerships with the universities so we could have a consistent attraction in that institution- management of offline promotion activities for AIESEC focused on our Volunteering Experiences Abroad. through University stands, events and info-sessions targeting the students - management of online promotion for AIESEC focused on our Volunteering Experiences through mailing lists to our university students and social media posts

As Social Projects Team Leader in Local Committee AIESEC in Lisboa ISCTE, I was responsible for managing the team that would analyze the profiles of several candidates for the local volunteering opportunities and select them according to the specifications our partner NGOs were looking for. The team was also responsible for ensuring a relevant and good experience for the international volunteers we would receive, taking care of all the logistics and support involved.As the Team Leader, I had to on my team's productivity, performance while ensuring my members' engagement throughout the term.

As a member of the Social Projects department, I was part of the team responsible for establishing partnerships with local NGOs. The partnerships aimed to develop volunteering projects focused on Climate Action. The NGOs would receive international volunteers that would develop activities focused on creating awareness on the topic as well as on the importance of being open-minded towards other cultures, with the children from the NGO.
