I am an energy healer and intuitive life and health coach. I use coaching and energy healing together to help people who are stressed, overwhelmed and emotionally exhausted to reconnect with their core authentic selves and take control of their life. Combining energy healing with coaching allows the client to progress much faster than just coaching alone because energy healing accelerates the clearing and release of limited beliefs, trauma, and other blocks that are standing in the way of aligning with you true creative self. I have been an energy healer since 2010. I am a Starlight Energy healer, Usui Reiki Master and have many other attunements. I have also done therapeutic massage since 2010. Prior to entering the holistic health field, I worked in corporate so I have a sincere understanding of the taxing nature of that type of job.
