I was responsible for identifying and filling in reading, writing, and math gaps of K-2 English as a second language students. This includes frequent testing, data analysis, creating small groups based on students' needs, planning and teaching skill specific lesson plans, and skill reassessment. This was all done with the goal of moving students' skills to being on grade level until they no longer need intervention.
