Coordinating and delivering a two-year Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) partnership project aimed at increasing involvement and volunteer engagement in biological recording and bringing about a greater understanding of key species and habitats. This project involved the design, development and delivery of citizen science activities; training workshops and engagement events including a high-profile otter monitoring project; coordinating and delivering public events and talks; line management of staff, students and volunteers; budgetting and activity reporting including engagement metrics, impact assessment and reporting. I also produced the first ever State of Nature report for Sheffield - an ambitious undertaking to provide a health-check on Sheffield's wildlife and natural environment.
