Solutions Engineer
- Evaluate prospective client’s business needs and product data for compatibility with the Rithum platform
- Produce opportunity analyses, strategic recommendations, architecture diagrams, high level designs, and sales and technical presentations for Amazon, Google, and social media advertising
- Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams including members of sales, implementation, and customer support teams to strategize on opportunities internally and provide guidance on client’s technical questions
- Perform pre-sales audits to identify potential areas for improved revenue growth and efficiency via reporting and analysis against core retail media & digital marketing KPIs
- Design and present customized strategic presentations and product demonstrations in person and virtually to hands-on users and executive audiences
- Train sales and solutions engineering team on best practices for Google and social media advertising, hold office hours to advise account executives on digital marketing opportunities, and reviewed and updated digital.
