New teachers who received two years of support in NTC’s induction model demonstrated statistically significant gains in their ability to engage students in learning and their use of assessments in instruction.Supported the implementation and development of a joint mentorship program between NTC and the ExpandED Schools Pathways Fellowship which provides a 10-month afterschool practicum experience as a gateway to teaching for educators of color.
