Main duties:• Carrying out regular visits to the schools building the capacities of over 3o elementary Arabic Language teachers and coordinators • Acquiring the knowledge, skills, and instructional strategies necessary to effectively impact the instructional practices of the teachers that are coached• Update the teachers and coordinators knowledge about current and past research in education and other pedagogies relevant to the monitoring role• Working with the teachers and coordinators ( as a team or individually) to improve their knowledge and skills in lesson delivery and classroom management• Developing lesson plans with teachers based on assessment• Provide Arabic Language teachers with samples and classroom activities that will further enhance student’s engagement and reading capacities
