As an MSR, I sell income-based memberships and programs to members and non-members. I also help organize our events throughout the year, such as the Back-To-School Bash, Fall Fest, etc. Overall, I’ve maintained a goal of helping the surrounding community create a healthier mind, body, and spirit through the programs and events offered by our non-profit organization.

During my time here, I trained in multiple positions of the CCS organization, but mainly doing administrative work. I worked in Client Intake, Shop & Survey, and the Pantry Shopping. While working in primarily Client Intake, I was responsible for talking to clients and processing their information in the Salesforce system. I maintained complete confidentiality with all client information. I worked efficiently while maintaining a professional relationship with all clients. This experience allowed me to work with my team of co-workers and become involved with the community to provide services to clients in regards to obtaining nutritious groceries and meals.
