I graduated from Northern Kentucky University in May of 2004, cum laude. In April of 2005, I started my career with Cincinnati Bell in the General Business Market Sales Organization. My main responsibility was to manage and grow a base of 400 small business customers. I excelled in that position over the course of 3 years, earning 4 Quota Club Awards for exceeding my sales quota.From July 2008 - November 2012, I held a position within Cincinnati Bell in the training department as a Training Manager. My main responsibility was to train all the new hire Sales Reps and well as help to organize and facilitate continuous training courses for all of Business Markets.As of November 2012, I started a new role as the Product Manager of Cloud Services. My goal is to assist in further development of our Cloud Services portfolio, as well as increase sales in our existing Cloud Services.
