• Managed and delegated the engineering workload for 2 Full-Scale Test Airplanes as the interim Lead Engineer; managed large rework projects ranging from 3 months to 2 years; represented the Engineering function in support of Operation Leadership meeting; subject matter expert for a new structures manufacturing process; liaison between manufacturing, quality, materials & process technology, and the vast engineering project community; participated in process improvement workshops for the ramp-up of 787 operations• Gathered a priority team of individuals for critical path work statement; managed process and schedule for rework to be performed by Boeing Operations; coordinated critical results with supplier to initiate proper corrective action and change; designed engineering rework to repair primary structure in order to meet set capabilities and requirements

• Accountable for all structural analysis for the aft section of the modified 737 fuselage frame; created and maintained a schedule to facilitate drawing release dates with the Navy; analyzed the fuselage frames in order to structurally and functionally meet the engineering requirements during flight; developed analysis documents to explain assumptions and calculations; released final drawings for detail, assembly, and installation• Served as the Integrated Product Team focal for a drawing release process improvement workshop (LEAN)

Analyzed performance, efficiency, and environmental effects of cutting edge Hydrogen Charge Compression Ignition (HCCI) engine based off a Volkswagen TDI (diesel) model; used GT-Power solution for analysis; wrote a thesis explaining my results and recommendations
