Over the past few years, I have honed my customer service skills, leadership abilities, and organizational talents across various roles.In my recent position at Q Sciences Customer Service Call Center, I excelled as a Call Center Agent, swiftly addressing customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email. Through dedication and hard work, I was promoted to Team Lead, where I thrived in managing a team of agents, providing guidance, conducting training sessions, and fostering a positive work environment. My efforts were recognized with the prestigious Employee of the Year award in January 2023.Prior to this, I contributed to the early childhood education sector at Bright Horizons - Little Founders Preschool, initially as an Assistant Teacher and later as a Lead Toddler Teacher. In these roles, I demonstrated my passion for nurturing young minds, developing engaging lesson plans, and maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.Before transitioning to the education sector, I gained valuable experience in the fast-paced environment of McDonald's, where I quickly rose through the ranks from Crew Member to Manager.
