Elemental Essence Marketing and Design provides contract and project-based creative services focused on brand development, marketing, design, and social media management. I bring businesses to life with carefully curated branding elements that capture their unique essence, helping brands resonate with their audiences and stand out in their industries.

As the Administrative and Volunteer Coordinator, I connected individuals seeking Mental Health support and services to care. With many connections in the community, we were able to refer individuals out for clinical care we could not provide. Through programs that educate, support and advocate for Mental Health in our community, we inspired the hope of recovery and shattered the stigma surrounding mental health. I coordinated volunteers for day to day operations, corporate volunteer days, and our two major events, Blue Jean Bingo and NAMI walks. Between these events, I coordinated over 150 volunteers annually. As the Marketing Coordinator, I managed all social media platforms and created content aimed at supporting, educating, and advocating for Mental Health.

In this role, I managed the Welcome Center/ Front Desk as well as the Manager on Duty team, and one full-time Front Desk Coordinator. In addition to staff hiring, onboarding, and supervision, I also managed bank drafts and billing for memberships and all membership sales / transactions.The Engagement side of this job allowed me to flex my creative skills and indulge in marketing including email marketing, digital marketing, social media account management, and print marketing. I also had the pleasure to run engaging member campaigns and activities, and assist in special event planning and implementing.

Ixonia Elementary FUEL Recess:- Head of Active Recess program at Ixonia Elementary School to engage students in greater physical activity and build self-confidence- Reduced social conflicts on the playground by 32%- Reduction of playground injuries by 63% through offering structured activities- Lead of Ixonia Elementary after school care program____________________________________________________________________________Douglas Elementary, Webster Elementary, Johnson Creek Elementary, Ixonia Elementary, and Schurz Elementary:- Create snack and activity schedules in accordance to HEPA standards- Ensure programs are following Youngstar and Wisconsin State Licensing laws- Assist in budget creation and management- Provide performance reviews and ongoing professional development to part time staff

- Hosted a variety of groups including church retreats, corporate training, and educational field trips.- Certified by ABEE to lead groups of varying sizes in team building utilizing a low and high challenge course. -Taught several Wisconsin based outdoor education classes including the following: Archery, Canoeing, Lumberjack History, Maple Syrup Making, Scent Tracking, Tree Aging, Orienteering, and many more.
