Direct contact with the RTW Italian factories for woman and man production: weekly updates of the NY headquarter about the production plan and about all the received materials, fabrics and trims. Quality control directly at factories: check of the TOP, PPS and the production with final QC reports. Progress and check of workings like embroideries, pleats, prints to guarantee the quality and timing. BOMs check, prices negotiation. Direct contact with the Italian mills and trims suppliers to check exit dates and quality. Direct check at the mills and suppliers to supervise any kind of issues.Collaboration with the design team and factories during the collection development. Research of new suppliers and factories for collection and production. Focus on sustainable process: fabrics and trims, packaging and certifications. Participation to collection and production fitting with the NY team. Business trips in Italy and in NY.
