Sara joined Laissez-faire Catering in 2003 in the role of General Manager. Since joining, she has been responsible for re-establishing and building this family run business to be one of the leaders in the Sydney catering sector. With Sara's strategic approach to sourcing and nurturing partnerships, the company has a professional team of chefs, operations team, onsite staff managers as well as a dedicated pool of casual and part time wait staff that can work across the portfolio of more than 26 Sydney and NSW venues. Sara is responsible for strategic client relationships that drive new business opportunities for the company. This includes event catering, venue catering, retail catering (cafes) as well as corporate in-house/onsite food and beverage solutions. Sara is well respected and sought after by clients and has developed deep relationships built on trust. This has ensured the company goes from strength to strength and is able to meet the changing food and beverage needs of clients, attendees, patrons and visitors.
