Sara Fraschetti Williams has been involved in education throughout her career in recruiting. Sara trained retail and corporate professionals in recruiting skills and strategies. Sara is proud to have transitioned from executive search to education as a STEM-e Science teacher in Oceanside, CA where she teaches science and engineering. Sara is PLTW certified in Green Architecture, Energy & the Environment, Automation & Robotics and Design & Modeling. Sara applies her passion for education & real world application to her classroom. She inspires through motivation and encouragement. Sara joined Rodan + Fields in 2016 after watching the brand for 3 years. Sara saw the opportunity to partner with the Doctors in their second $1B+ brand. She is thrilled to help R+F scale from #1 skincare brand in NA to #1 in the world! She applies her background in recruiting and education to identify leaders and share the brand’s vision. She graduated from California Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo, where she received her BA in Liberal Studies and minored in Psychology and Business. Sara is proactive, assertive, and compassionate when it comes to team’s and her students' needs. She brings her experience in executive search, sales, fashion and real estate into the classroom and her business.
