Tested LSI SAS6160 SAS Switch firmware and HBA SAS/SATA Disk Controller firmware on various OS platforms (Windows and Linux), including loading OS and drivers and setting up various test scenarios. I was able to come up to speed quickly, to execute tests of high technical complexity. Also, set up and developed methods to test new SNMP functionality.

Fulfilled a 6 month contract. Facilitated the definition and documentation of operational requirements; and executed Operational Acceptance Test Plans and Network Integration Tests, to ensure that a Media Gateway met operational and functional requirements

Represented Operations during requirements gathering phase of various projects (VoIP and SS7 WIN); provided Operations Team leadership during all phases of platform acceptance test and OAM/OSS integration; documentation review; risk analysis; disaster recovery planning; and refinement of support processes during the first year of live operations. Was honored to receive an annual "Sprint Values Excellence" award.

Integration and test of a Network Services Adjunct Platform (NSAP), for an Enhanced Services Calling Card application (AT&T 800 Gold). The TCAP server was developed specifically for the project, so highly detailed testing was involved requiring SS7 protocol analyzers and Ameritec Load Generators. Represented Brite in the 'vendor' role at AT&T's Integrated Test Network. Was honored to receive a "Team Mate of Distinction" plaque.

Created manufacturing process plans and utilized CATIA together with a proprietary machining and routing system (BMARS) to create manufacturing datasets for use on flat pattern routers. Designated as an End User Focal to provide support during the implementation of DCAC/MRM. Developed two Access databases. One was a process look up tool and the other automated some labor forecast reports which had previously been created manually.
