Designed and drove the development of a data source which could be queried quickly to obtain measurements, at intervals, of network performance KPI's at the Regional, Market, Cell, and Device level, for the Machine-to-Machine (IOT) and SDC Service Lanes. The data could be used for continuous quality improvement and to correlate performance dips and volume spikes with known events. It provided the capability to initiate investigation of poor performance outliers at the Regional, Market, Cell, Element, and Device level. Also provided technical support for Executive level escalations and drove them to resolution. Show less
